Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Marketing guru to lead our US marketing strategy. You need to be a planner, but also cool with constant changes. You’re a data junkie and get your kicks from reporting on KPIs. You’ve got a few years under your belt and are ready to mentor a small team.

We have a young, motivated team with a ton of hustle and a lot of game. We get things done, but we have a good time. We’re growing fast and breaking records. You’ll love working with us, but you’ve got to jive with our pace and culture to get in. It’s an opportunity, not a position.

    Responsibilities include:
  • Campaign building and management
  • Write and manage US promotional calendar
  • Budget forecasting and management
  • Service provider contracting and management (i.e. ESP, ad networks)
  • Oversee email, social media and website content
  • Manage advertising spend
  • Oversee creative/design for US promotions
  • Build and manage relationships with marketing partners
  • Reporting on promotional performance and monthly KPIs

    Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years experience in Marketing positions preferred
  • Expertise in email marketing
  • Great familiarity with social media and a passion for brand building
  • Working understanding of all marketing channels
  • Experience negotiating partnerships
  • Comfort in media buying
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Understanding of data and ability to report on it

Position reports to the Vice President of Marketing.
