Systems Intern

Must

  • Have a genuine interest in computer science.
  • Own a personal computer.
  • Be customer service oriented.
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Be able to occasionally lift 50Lbs (servers and desktops)
  • Be able to work at least 15hrs per week (between 9a and 7p)

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of Google Apps, Windows and Linux servers.
  • Ability to build a jetpack from scraps.
  • Telekinesis.

Responsibilities:

  • Find solutions for common IT issues online.
  • Windows server support (Active Directory, Antivirus, Remote Desktop)
  • New PC deployments (Creating user accounts, installing OS)
  • Google support (Gmail and docs)
  • Desktop support for Windows users (and a few Mac users)

Compensation:

  • $13 per hour
  • 15-20 hrs per week.

Location:

  • At our office at 130 Turner Street, Waltham, MA
