Travel Specialist - Inside Sales

We are looking for an experienced Travel Specialist to join our fast-growing Travel Services team on the 128 Tech Corridor in Waltham. We have fantastic travel perks, an on-site gym and cafe, Friday Happy Hours and we are walking distance to the Brandeis/Roberts commuter rail station that goes inbound to Boston and Cambridge – come check us out!

We’re looking for someone with:

  • The ability to identify promising leads with a focus to convert them into sales
  • A great customer service attitude – you embrace service, you find helping people rewarding and solving problems a fun challenge
  • Prior success with key account management and a history of happy clients
  • A strong ability to sell multiple products including group and individual air, tours and land products, and the track record to prove it
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to keep multiple workstreams moving at once
  • A minimum of 1 year of corporate/leisure travel agency experience preferred
  • GDS skills (SABRE preferred), including pricing and ticketing
  • A desire to be a part of a collaborative team, to own your book of business and grow along with our company
