Summertime is the best time to visit the Azores. From June to August you’ll experience the best of the Azores weather with warm, rainless days. If you’re looking to avoid some of that peak travel time crowds (and price tags) the next best time to fly to the Azores is September - October when the weather’s still warm, but the crowds are down. That being said, our travel tip for visiting the Azores is not to discredit the winter months. With temps still in the 60s F, the winter months are a great time to take advantage of the lack of crowds and head out hiking.
