What are the main Hong Kong airports, and how do I get from them to central Hong Kong?
The main (and indeed only) airport hub is Hong Kong International Airport, which handles all flights, whether domestic or international.
Hong Kong International Airport / HKG：With around 100 airlines using it as a base and about 70 million passengers passing through each year, Hong Kong International is one of the world's most major airports—and one of Asia’s busiest hubs.
It’s located 25 miles from central Hong Kong, but it’s easy to travel to, with several transport options. If you can afford to splash a bit of cash, an airport taxi is your quickest option. Most tend to go for the Airport Express Train, which’ll cost you HK$100 ($13) and also includes an additional shuttle bus that will take you directly to your hotel from a drop off point.
Another option is the Hong Kong Airport Public Bus, which is the cheapest mode of transport, but also the longest (at least one hour).

When is the best time to fly to Hong Kong?
From March to November, Hong Kong enjoys a temperate climate, with the weather typically hot and sunny. Temperatures are still mild from December to February, but you’re much more likely to experience rain and fog, which isn’t ideal for skyscraper-viewing.
It’s worth keeping festival dates in mind, too, and to try and avoid major public holidays, like Spring Festival and Harvest Festival, which see lots of visitors coming over from the mainland. Prices will be higher around these times, and also around Christmas and New Year.
