Take note that Panama City Beach is a separate city than Panama City – they are actually adjacent to each other. The Bay Town Trolley has routes throughout Bay County. Though the service to the beaches is limited to two trolleys, there are still frequent daily stops. The drinking age here is 21, as is with the rest of the United States. All bars are very strict when it comes to carding, so have your I.D. ready and make sure it’s legit.
