Data Science Intern

Do you love spreadsheets? Does math = fun? We need help turning data into information. As a Data Science Intern you will be responsible for supporting the Director of Business Intelligence in our work to make sense of our big data.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document existing data analysis processes
  • Suggest improvements and lead change for improved data analysis processes
  • Provide data analysis quality control and training
  • Create, understand and deliver on data analysis needs
  • Create and monitor KPI’s

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and database query software a plus
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities
  • Ability to work independently on data science projects
  • Good communication and presentation skills

This internship will report to the Director of Business Intelligence.

Schedule: 15-20 hours per week, starting immediately
